We are looking for Retail / Counter Sales Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide product (Luggage/Bags) demo and accurate information on pricing, features, and after-sales services.
- Sell and cross-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
- Promote sales.
- Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the seniors.
- Stay updated on recent products and services.
- Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
- Process transactions and billing.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹22000 with growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6 years of experience.
Experience in Luggage/Bags or Footwear Selling The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory and billing procedures.
