About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales, business development and client acquisition, with the ability to identify opportunities, build customer relationships and convert potential leads into successful business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through different sales channels.
- Connect with potential customers and develop robust professional relationships.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate suitable solutions.
- Handle sales enquiries, prepare proposals and follow up with prospective clients.
- Negotiate with customers and work towards closing business deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Research market opportunities and identify potential customer segments.
- Maintain sales records,



lead databases and regular sales reports.
- Work towards achieving individual and company sales targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify potential customers and generate leads independently.
- Confidence in client interactions and business negotiations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- A proactive attitude with a strong focus on achieving results.
