We’re hiring: Senior Admissions Counsellor | The Shri Ram Universal School (TSUS), Bengaluru

Are you the person parents remember after a school visit, the one who listened, answered honestly and made the decision feel easy? TSUS is looking for a Senior Admissions Counsellor to lead family conversations for Early Years to Grade 10 for 2027–28.

What you’ll do

- Guide prospective parents from the first enquiry to enrolment: calls, campus tours, counselling sessions and follow-ups
- Own the admissions pipeline and CRM, and track leads, conversions and reasons families drop off
- Turn events like open houses, school fairs and our community carnival into real enquiries and visits
- Work with academic heads to explain our curriculum, pedagogy and student support clearly to families
- Handle the admissions process end to end: applications, interactions, documentation and fee formalities
- Mentor junior counsellors and front-office staff on counselling quality and parent experience

- Share monthly reports and insights to shape outreach and admissions strategy

What you bring

- 5+ years in school admissions, education counselling or a similar parent-facing role, ideally in a K–12 school
- Excellent spoken and written English. Kannada or Hindi is a plus
- A warm, consultative style: you advise families rather than sell to them
- Comfort with CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets, and hitting conversion targets
- Experience with CBSE, ICSE, IB or Cambridge curricula is an advantage
- A graduate degree; a postgraduate qualification in education or management is preferred

Why TSUS

- Be part of a school community that puts the child first, at a time of growth
- A visible role that shapes how families first experience the school
- Competitive salary/benefits / child-education concession
