Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Copywriter role is based in Pune City and contributes to the creation of clear, compelling, and engaging content across various media.

The Junior

Copywriter will draft and refine copy for advertising campaigns, digital assets, social media posts, press releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching client brands and target audiences, developing messaging aligned with creative briefs, and collaborating closely with designers, account managers, and digital specialists. The role also involves proofreading and editing content to maintain brand tone,



consistency, and quality, while meeting deadlines in a rapid-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Proofreading skills, with the ability to produce error-free, audience-focused copy for multiple formats.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional creative and client-servicing teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Marketing knowledge and an understanding of brand positioning, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Candidates should possess the ability to draft Press Releases and other PR-related content that aligns with brand messaging and media requirements.
- Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, and proficiency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
- Beneficial attributes include creativity, attention to detail, willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
