Role Description The Housekeeping Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations in patient areas, common spaces, and back-of-house facilities. This role includes assigning and monitoring cleaning tasks, inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and infection-control standards. The supervisor will manage housekeeping and laundry staff schedules, provide on-the-job training, and support team members in maintaining consistent service quality.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to respond to service requests,



handling basic inventory control for cleaning supplies and linens, and addressing customer service concerns related to cleanliness or comfort.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Housekeeping skills, with practical knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and infection control in healthcare or hospitality settings.
- Candidates should possess Laundry skills, including understanding of linen handling, washing procedures, and equipment operation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in shifts, maintain attention to detail, and respond quickly to operational needs.
- Basic computer literacy for scheduling, reporting, and documentation tasks.
- A relevant diploma or certification in hospitality, facilities management, or a related field is an advantage.
