Role Description
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Kanpur. Responsibilities include door-to-door sales, field visits, customer meetings, generating leads, explaining solar solutions and government subsidies, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.
Job Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh
Job Type: Full-Time (In office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Qualifications
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in field sales or direct marketing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of Hindi and basic English.
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
- Willingness to travel within Kanpur and nearby areas.
