Data Integration Support (AI Background)

We are looking for a forward-thinking Data Integration Analyst to lead the digital transformation of our proprietary naming process. In this role, you will assist the company bridge the gap between our legacy, internally built tools and up-to-date, external software platforms. By embedding AI and automation into our data architecture, you will assist in streamlining how we generate, validate, and secure brand names for the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.

Key Responsibilities

- · Digital Transformation: Map, modernize, and automate our proprietary naming and branding workflows, transitioning manual tasks into slick, digital processes.
- · Systems Integration: Design and assist in building secure pipelines connecting external software platforms and third-party APIs with our internally developed proprietary tools.
- · AI & Automation Implementation: Leverage LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agents to enhance our linguistic analysis, regulatory screening, and creative naming workflows.
- · Data Pipelines & Security: Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines to manage sensitive data while ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
- · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal department heads to translate our methodologies into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

- · Experience: 2-3+ years as a Data Integration Analyst, Systems Integrator,



or Data Engineer—ideally from the corporate consultancy, agency, or tech-forward vendor environment.
- · Integration Expertise: Proven track record of integrating external software/SaaS products with custom-built, proprietary internal databases and tools via REST APIs.

· Technical Stack:

- o Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and systems scripting.
- o Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and API management.
- · AI & Advanced Tech Background:
- o Practical experience utilizing LLMs, vector databases, or AI agents to parse, generate, or categorize textual data.
- o Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to speed up integration timelines.
- · Industry Context: Experience handling highly confidential data; exposure to the pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sector is a significant plus.

Requirements of the position:

- · Must be able to work the US EST time zone to align with our US Operations schedule
- · Must be able to work remotely from home with healthy wifi connection; company would provide any necessary equipment
- · Must be a resident of India and already authorized to work there.
