Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential students through calls, social media, and other communication channels.
- Promote educational programs, professional training courses, internships, and placement assistance.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Generate leads and convert potential prospects into enrollments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and educational institutions.
- Explain course benefits, program structure, fees, and internship opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.




- Maintain lead records and follow-up reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Ability to handle student queries professionally.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, or business development are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
