Job Overview
B2B Campus is looking for a skilled and experienced US Truck Dispatch Trainer to train students in practical US logistics and dispatching operations. We are seeking someone with strong industry knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to prepare students for real-world dispatching roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical training sessions on US truck dispatching and freight operations.
- Teach load booking, rate negotiation, and broker communication.
- Provide hands-on training on DAT, Truckstop, and other dispatching platforms.
- Explain load planning, route coordination, and dispatch documentation.
- Guide students through real-time dispatching scenarios and industry practices.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US Truck Dispatching or Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of US freight operations and dispatching procedures.
- Previous training or teaching experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
