- Assist in day-to-day operations on the production line.
- Monitor and report production processes and output quality.
- Support the team in maintaining equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Strong interest in manufacturing and production processes.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
