Stores Executive – AHU/FCU Manufacturing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Stores Executive with experience in inventory management, material handling, and store operations, preferably in the HVAC/AHU/FCU manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage store operations, including material receipt, storage, MRN preparation, and BOI/Hardware issuance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely material availability for production.
- Prepare and maintain GRN/MRN, material issue slips, and inward/outward entries.
- Prepare MIS reports on stock status, consumption, shortages, and inventory aging.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams for material requirements.
- Conduct physical stock verification and monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.




- Ensure proper material handling, FIFO/FEFO, 5S, safety, and housekeeping.
- Handle GST-related documentation and taxation compliance for material transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in stores/warehouse operations, preferably in AHU/FCU or manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and sheet metal components.
- Working knowledge of GST, MRN/GRN, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and ERP systems.
- Robust communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Materials Management or Accounting certification preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
