About the Company

We are hiring for a US-based financial services and asset management platform specializing in residential property investments. The organization provides investment and asset management solutions to residential property investors.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Learning & Development Specialist to support the organization's learning initiatives, employee onboarding, functional training and capability development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in instructional design, digital learning content creation, training delivery and LMS management.

Key Responsibilities

- Employee Onboarding: Plan and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding programs in coordination with HR, IT and business teams.
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify training requirements in consultation with business units and align learning programs with business objectives.
- Instructional Design: Develop engaging digital learning content, including presentations, videos, PDFs, documents and SCORM packages.
- Functional Training: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver process-oriented training programs.
- Training Assessment: Conduct functional assessments, identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions.
- Soft Skills Training: Design and facilitate behavioral, communication and productivity tools training programs.
- AI-Enabled Learning: Leverage AI tools for research, content creation, storyboarding, visuals and assessments.
- LMS Management: Manage course creation, learning paths, assignments,



user records and training completion reports.
- Training Coordination: Organize training sessions, manage schedules, facilitators, materials and logistics.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain training records, attendance trackers, dashboards and learning content repositories.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external training providers and learning solution partners whenever required.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Solid communication, presentation and training facilitation skills.
- Hands-on experience in instructional design and digital learning content development.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Canva and video editing tools such as VEED.io, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline and SCORM-based content development.
- Familiarity with AI tools for learning content creation and development.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, take ownership and deliver within timelines.

Qualifications & Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design or Content Development.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. HR, Education or Psychology graduates preferred.
- Portfolio or samples of previously developed training and learning content.

Good to Have

- Certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design or Articulate Storyline.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Exposure to working with global teams or US-based business operations.
