Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and lead our Digital Marketing & IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, practical knowledge of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to manage team performance while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve targets.

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and online branding activities.

- Assign tasks, monitor daily activities, and ensure timely project completion.

- Develop strategies to generate leads, improve engagement, and increase business growth.

- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, web developers, and other team members.

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

- Analyse market trends, competitors, and campaign results to improve performance.

- Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team.





- Handle client requirements and maintain professional client relationships.

- Track team productivity and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.

- Previous experience in team handling or leadership is preferred.

- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and performance analytics.

Preferred Candidate

- Someone who can independently handle and guide a team.

- Target-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Ability to develop marketing strategies and improve team performance.

- Experience in a Digital Marketing & IT company will be an added advantage.
