- Generating & identifying new leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
- Offering company services to leads via Voice/Email/Online.
- Maintaining follow ups and client details for lead conversion.
- Dealing with the enquiries of the leads and existing clients.
- Identifying, researching and targeting new business prospects.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers.
- Able to create informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to prospective clients at client meetings, webinars and conferences.
- Maintaining long term skilled relationship with the existing and new clients.
- Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Key Skills
- Should have basic knowledge of the software, web applications, and mobile applications.
- Candidate needs to be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills.
- Should have strong selling and influencing skills, with the ability to give a good sales pitch.
- Should possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Previous experience with Institutional sales will be added advantage.
Academic Qualification: Graduate or pursuing Graduation (Any degree)
Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Terms & Conditions
- Candidate should bring his/her own laptop.
- Selected candidates will be given a detailed training for 7 days. After successful completion of the training period, joining letters will be handed to the candidates.
After joining there will be 3 months of probation period. Salary will be revised after successfully completion of probation period depending upon performance.
