About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, patient-focused aesthetic practitioner to deliver safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments and grow our clinic’s treatment portfolio. You will run consultations, plan treatments and perform procedures within our clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations: assess skin and facial concerns, take a medical history, set realistic expectations and create personalised treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, PRP, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser/energy-based treatments (e.g. hair reduction, pigmentation, rejuvenation).
- Obtain informed consent, take pre/post-treatment photographs and maintain accurate records in the clinic software.
- Follow infection control, sterilisation and biomedical waste protocols. Manage complications and escalate to the dermatologist when needed.
- Convert consultations into treatment packages ethically, and support follow-up and retention.
- Train and supervise aestheticians,



therapists and front-desk staff on treatment knowledge and protocols.
- Operate and maintain clinic devices correctly, and report faults promptly.
- Contribute to clinic growth through educational content, patient reviews and before/after documentation (with patient consent).
- Stay current with new techniques, products and safety guidelines.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS (mandatory for injectables and lasers) with a registration valid in Karnataka (Karnataka Medical Council).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic.

Skills and Attributes

- Proven skill in injectables and at least one laser or energy-based platform.
- Good aesthetic eye, attention to detail and a high safety standard.
- Comfortable with targets, documentation and a team environment.
- Professional presentation and a patient-first attitude.
