SkinGlora Healthcare is looking for an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Cosmetologist / Aesthetic Physician to join our skin and hair clinic team.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in diagnosing skin and hair concerns, conducting patient consultations, recommending customized treatment plans and performing cosmetology procedures.

The candidate should be confident in handling patients independently, delivering safe and effective treatments, supervising clinical procedures and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities1. Patient Consultation & Clinical Assessment

- Conduct detailed consultations for patients with skin and hair concerns.
- Assess conditions such as acne, pigmentation, melasma, acne scars, hair fall, dandruff and scalp disorders.
- Understand patient medical history, allergies, previous treatments and expectations.
- Recommend suitable skin and hair treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
- Explain treatment perks, limitations, expected results, risks and possible side effects.
- Conduct follow-up consultations and monitor treatment progress.

2. Clinical Procedures & Treatments

The candidate should have hands-on experience in relevant procedures, including:

Skin Treatments

- Chemical Peels
- HydraFacial and medical facials
- Q-Switch Laser and Carbon Laser
- Microneedling and Dermaroller
- MNRF (Microneedling Radiofrequency)
- Acne and pigmentation treatments
- Skin rejuvenation procedures
- PRP / GFC for skin

Hair Treatments

- PRP / GFC for hair
- Hair fall and scalp assessments
- Mesotherapy, where appropriately trained and authorized
- Scalp treatment protocols
- Hair restoration treatment planning





Experience with advanced procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers and other injectables will be an added advantage, subject to appropriate qualifications and authorization.

3. Clinical Operations & Team Management

- Supervise therapists and clinical support staff during treatment sessions.
- Ensure all procedures are performed according to approved clinical protocols.
- Guide therapists regarding patient preparation and post-treatment care.
- Monitor treatment quality, hygiene and sterilization standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of clinical equipment.
- Coordinate with the branch manager and front desk team for smooth patient operations.

4. Patient Experience & Counselling

- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with patients.
- Educate patients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes and maintenance.
- Explain treatment packages and recommend clinically appropriate treatment combinations.
- Address patient queries, concerns and treatment-related complaints.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and monitor patient satisfaction.
- Encourage patient reviews and referrals through a positive treatment experience.

5. Documentation & Clinical Compliance

- Maintain accurate patient consultation and treatment records.
- Document medical history, clinical findings and prescribed treatments.
- Obtain informed consent before procedures.




- Maintain before-and-after photographs with appropriate patient consent.
- Follow infection control, hygiene and biomedical waste management protocols.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with applicable medical regulations.

Required Qualifications

- MBBS with MD/DNB/DDVL in Dermatology, or other qualifications permitted for the specific clinical role under applicable regulations.
- Valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Additional certification or training in clinical cosmetology / aesthetic medicine preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a skin and hair clinic.
- Practical experience in cosmetology procedures is essential.

- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced skin and hair clinic.
- Is passionate about delivering quality clinical care and improving patient outcomes.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
