Position Overview: Position Responsibilities: Estimate and commit to user stories and tasks during Sprint Planning

- . Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure requirements meet Definition of Ready (DoR)
- . Develop, test, and deliver working software aligned with team objectives
- . Design software for testability and support test automation
- . Own software design and architectural decisions
- . Troubleshoot and fix software and DevOps issues
- . Document architecture, algorithms, and interfaces
- . Mentor junior developers and support competency development
- . Communicate effectively with cross-functional and international teams
- . Participate in backlog refinement, risk identification, and change management
- . Travel within India and internationally as needed

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statemen
