Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in COBOL/Mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM) :

- Robust understanding of batch processing and mainframe architecture :

- Experience in production support, debugging, and performance tuning :

- Ability to work on complex and unfamiliar legacy systems :

- Experience working with file processing, scheduling tools, and job monitoring systems

Technical Competencies :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and system impacts proactively :

- Experience with version control tools (Git) and SDLC processes

- Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence :

- Understanding of enterprise system integration patterns

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.

8+ years of experience in COBOL/Mainframe development (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM)
