Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with architects, product managers and peers to deliver value through features.
- Deliver high-performance and scalable platform components.




- Design simple and maintainable low level software components.
- Deliver solutions independently and assist in resolving technical challenges.
- Inculcate and promote AI-driven solutions in accelerating component development.
- Adhere to development best practices and secure coding principles.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and contribute to continuous learning culture.
- Explore new technologies and tools to keep us delivering cutting edge solutions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in large-scale or enterprise environments.
- 3+ years of experience in NodeJs.
- Experience with cloud, preferably AWS.
- Expertise in Javascript and familiarity with Js frameworks, preferably AngularJs.
- Knowledge of non-relational databases (MongoDB, Dynamo DB).
- Experience with micro service/event-oriented design and development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Terraform or other IaC tools is desired.
- Familiarity with AI-tools, AI-agents, spec-driven development and AI-tool driven delivery will be a big plus.
