Description : We are seeking a talented individual to join our CIS Team, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to :

- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes and deployments.
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement DevOps best practices and standards.
- Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in DevOps, cloud computing, and software development to continuously improve processes and tools

What you need to have :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, related degree, or relevant experience (preferred)
- 5+ years of development experience
- Proficiency in utilizing frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework
- Robust understanding of software development principles, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle
- Skilled in front-end development technologies like HTML,



CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Knowledge of source control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget
- Minimum 12 months experience as Principal Engineer/Senior Principal Engineer
- Should have at least “On track” or above in last appraisal
- Should not be under any Performance Continuity Plan, or had any official Disciplinary action within the last 3 months
- Should not have applied for any other IJP within Marsh McLennan in the last 3 month
