ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Service Desk Management

2. Receiving calls

3. Logging calls

4. Assigning calls to the engineers

5. Client call follow-up’s

6. Responsible for call closure

7. Responding to mails

8. Providing daily, weekly, monthly reports of all the calls attended, closed or pending with logical reasons to superior.

Basic Function

1. Controlling the service engineers with valuable knowledge in mechanical maintenance

2. Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings

3.



Conducting with and advising management and supervising Engineers issues; investigating Service related problems and making recommendations to the organization.

4. Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy.

MEASUREMENT OF PERFORMANCE

1. Accuracy in maintenance of service log

2. Efficiency of service term: the instrument downtime.

3. Customer service satisfaction survey.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED

1. UG/Graduate /Diploma

2. Young, energetic and enthusiastic person.

3. Good written and verbal skills are critical along with the ability to interact with other employees in a professional and tactful manner.

4. Fluency in English and Hindi is must and communicating through other languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
