Suresh Press Work is a growing manufacturing company specializing in press components and sheet metal fabrication. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our production and operations team.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in production planning and daily manufacturing activities
- Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Support tool setup and press machine operations
- Conduct quality checks and maintain inspection records
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
- Maintain documentation and prepare daily production reports
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E.
/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal, press tools, and manufacturing processes
- Understanding of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with press machines or fabrication industry
- Knowledge of quality tools (7 QC tools, basic inspection methods)
- AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
