Responsibilities

1. Ensure 1st piece inspection with sample
1. Perform Inprocess audit ,Pokayoke audit ,process parameter audit
2. Monitor IPO doc audit
3. Monitor Daily Right First Test and IHR monitoring
4. Ensure documentation of Daily Rejection and Rework data.
5. Responsible for Deviation note
6. Verify customer complaint action sustainance
7. Implement action plan for IHR(IN HOUSE REJECTION)
8. Monitor Inspector training & Inspector performance
9. Monitor & maintain 1s/2s in final inspection area
10. Ensure Cross audit for leakage with identification mark
11. Ensure 100% visual inspection and identification mark
12. Submit Fixture resting and locating audit NC to FM
13. Monitor Welding penetration/plan
14. Perform Assembly CMM according to plan
15.



Ensure that Daily rejection is moved from line to scrap area.
16. Perform Process Validation Co2 & Spot Welding & press machins
17. Perform Spot Nugget Test &carbon; test according to plan
18. Monitor part Layout Inspection as per plan
19. Monitor frequency of changing water of Leakage Test Tank
20. Ensure regular IPO Updation
21. Responsible for Gauges CMM as per plan & Weld Wire Monitoring
22. Ensure effective implementation of Poka-Yoke& Kaizen & 5S.
23. Implement & follow safety practises in plant
