Quality Assurance (QA) Tester Experience : 4-5 years

Key Responsibilities :

- Test Planning & Execution : Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Bug Identification & Reporting : Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools like JIRA . Ensure timely resolution and perform re-testing of issues as required.
- Functional & Regression Testing : Conduct functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing across multiple devices and platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure product quality. Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
- Automation Testing : Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium , Appium , or other relevant automation frameworks.
- Test Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and test coverage. Provide clear, actionable feedback to the team.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on the latest testing tools, techniques, and industry trends to continually improve testing processes and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of experience in manual and automated testing .
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.




- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA .
- Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium , Appium , or similar.
- Experience in functional , regression , integration , and performance testing .
- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
- Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and documentation.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git .
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in API testing using tools like Postman , SoapUI , or similar.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into build processes.
- Familiarity with mobile testing for iOS and Android.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python , JavaScript , or Shell scripting for automation.
- Experience in testing cloud-based or microservices architecture.
