Job Title : ITI Fitter

Qualification : ITI (Fitter)

Experience : 0-5 years (as per requirement)

Responsibilities :

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Assemble, fit, and install mechanical components, machines, and equipment
- Carry out maintenance, repair, and overhauling of machinery
- Perform alignment, leveling, and fitting of machine parts
- Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and gauges correctly
- Identify mechanical faults and rectify them efficiently
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Maintain records of maintenance work done
- Assist senior technicians and engineers as required

Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting work
- Ability to use measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge)
- Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (preferred)
- Valuable understanding of safety practices
- Teamwork and communication skills
