We specialize in delivering end-to-end solar solutions from 3D design and site surveys to seamless installation and long-term maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

About the Role

Your goal is to ensure every ReNova installation is technically flawless, compliant with safety standards, and completed within the promised timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct onsite surveys for prospective solar installation projects.
- Assess roof conditions, dimensions, orientation, shading, and structural considerations.
- Inspect electrical systems, including service panels, meter locations, and utility connections.
- Take accurate measurements, photographs, and site documentation.
- Identify potential installation challenges and recommend solutions.
- Gather data required for solar system design and permitting.
- Meet with customers to explain the survey process and answer basic project-related questions.
- Ensure all collected information is uploaded and reported promptly.
- Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices during site visits.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, permitting, and installation teams to ensure project readiness.

Required Qualifications

- Education : Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil,



or Mechanical Engineering .
- Experience in solar energy, construction, electrical work, roofing, or site surveying is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working on rooftops, ladders, and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

Objective : Ensure every solar installation project begins with a thorough, accurate, and professional site assessment, enabling safe, efficient, and successful solar system deployment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
