- As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of goods and services in a timely and efficient manner. You will be working closely with drivers and logistics teams to ensure smooth and successful deliveries to our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and schedule delivery routes based on customer orders and delivery windows
- Track and monitor delivery status and provide updates to customers as needed
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and care
- Resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies in a prompt and skilled manner
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including proof of delivery and any return items
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to deliveries
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
