Key Responsibilities

- Deal Sourcing & Closing : Sell and lease premium commercial office, retail, and industrial spaces to corporate and HNI clients.
- Client Relationships : Act as a trusted advisor by proposing suitable property options based on client needs.
- Field Execution : Conduct client meetings, handle site inspections across Mumbai, and ensure smooth transaction closures.
- Network Building : Build strong ties with property owners, developers, and brokers while tracking data on CRM.

☑ What We Are Looking For

- Experience : Minimum 1 year in the Real Estate field is preferred.
- Communication : Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Vehicle Requirement : Must own a bike/2-wheeler and hold a valid Driver's License ( Mandatory ).

Completely comfortable visiting multiple locations across Mumbai. [1]
