Position: Retail Outlet Incharge

Industry : Automobile Spare Parts ( Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts & Accessories )

Job Summary : The Retail Outlet Incharge is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the spare parts outlet, ensuring smooth sales, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and coordination with warehouse and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Outlet Operations Management

- Handle overall functioning of the retail spare parts outlet
- Ensure proper display of Maruti Suzuki Genuine Parts & Accessories
- Maintain cleanliness and qualified environment

2. Sales & Customer Handling

- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Suggest correct spare parts and accessories
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Handle billing and invoicing

3. Inventory Management

- Maintain stock levels and avoid shortages/overstock
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving items
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits

4. Billing & Documentation

- Ensure accurate billing in system
- Maintain sales records and reports
- Handle cash, digital payments,



and daily closing

5. Vendor & Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers
- Ensure timely availability of genuine parts
- Handle returns/replacements if required

6. Customer Satisfaction

- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Ensure genuine and correct parts are delivered
- Build long-term customer relationships

Skills Required :

- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
- Knowledge of automobile spare parts (preferred)
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Inventory management understanding
- Leadership and problem-solving skills

Qualification :

- Graduate / Diploma (Automobile preferred)
- 2-5 years experience in automobile spare parts retail

Salary Range : ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
