We are hiring a highly detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, reconciliation, and coordination across teams . This role is critical for ensuring smooth fulfillment, accurate financial tracking, and operational efficiency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Fulfillment

- Coordinate with warehouse & dispatch team for timely order processing and fulfillment :

- Ensure high delivery success rate and minimize RTO losses

- Monitor daily operations and resolve bottlenecks proactively

Reconciliation & Payments

- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation for all e-commerce platforms
- Track COD, prepaid payments, gateway settlements, and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and flag revenue leakages

Logistics & Claims Management

- Coordinate with shipping partners for smooth pickups, delivery & issue resolution
- Handle RTO, lost, damaged shipment claims and follow up until closure
- Optimize courier allocation based on performance

Inventory & Warehouse Management

- Maintain accurate inventory across all channels
- Coordinate stock transfers and warehouse onboarding
- Avoid stock mismatches and ensure system vs physical sync

SOPs & Process Optimization





- Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) :

- Identify operational gaps and implement new strategies to improve efficiency

- Work closely with management to scale processes

Platform Management

- Oversee operations on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, etc.
- Ensure smooth order flow, listing hygiene, and backend accuracy

Requirements :

- 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations / reconciliation / backend ops :

- Strong Excel skills ( VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data handling )

- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon Seller Central / Shopify

- Understanding of COD cycle, payment gateways, logistics & claims :

- Strong coordination, ownership mindset, and problem-solving ability

- Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Positive to Have)

- Experience with courier aggregators like Shiprocket / NimbusPost
- Exposure to D2C brands and high-volume order handling
- Basic understanding of performance marketing (Meta Ads)

Growth Path

- Senior Operations Executive (3-6 months)
- Operations Manager (6-12 months based on performance)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
