Job Overview

Marketplace Management

- Product listing on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify & other marketplaces
- Create new listings and optimize existing listings
- Fix listing errors (suppressed listings, blocked ASINs, attribute errors, etc.)
- Catalogue creation & variation handling

⚠ Listing & Account Health

- Identify and resolve listing suppression issues
- Work on stranded inventory, price errors, inactive listings
- Maintain marketplace account health metrics

SPF Claims & Returns Handling

- Handle SPF (Secure-T / Seller Protection Fund) claims
- Manage customer returns and reimbursement claims
- Follow up with marketplaces for claim approvals

Order Processing & Dispatch

- Manage daily order processing & dispatch coordination
- Generate shipping labels & invoices




- Coordinate with warehouse & courier partners
- Ensure timely dispatch & order tracking updates

Reporting & Coordination

- Daily sales reporting
- Inventory management & stock updates
- Coordination with internal team for product uploads & updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations
- Strong knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart seller panels
- Hands-on experience in listing creation & error fixing
- Knowledge of SPF/Safe-T claims handling
- Basic understanding of Excel
- Good communication & coordination skills

- Walk-In Days : Monday to Friday
