Role Overview : We are looking for developers who can take complete ownership of software projects and independently handle development across: Web Applications Mobile Applications Backend Systems APIs & Integrations Basic DevOps & Cloud Operations This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, solving complex technical problems, and building scalable products from scratch.

Key Responsibilities : -Develop APIs and backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB/PostgreSQL -Handle end-to-end feature development from requirement analysis to deployment -Work on production deployments, server setup, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines -Collaborate with Product Managers, QA teams, UI/UX designers, and clients -Debug and resolve production issues independently -Contribute to architecture decisions and technical improvements

- Ensure clean coding standards, reusable architecture, and maintainable codebases

Technical Skills Required : -Frontend





- React.js -JavaScript / TypeScript -HTML5, CSS3 -Tailwind CSS -Redux / Context API

Mobile :

- React Native -Android & iOS development -Offline storage & synchronization -Push notifications -Media handling & API integrations

Backend :

- Node.js -Express.js -REST APIs -PostgreSQL -Authentication & authorization systems -Background jobs / queues

DevOps / Cloud :

- AWS basics -Docker -CI/CD pipelines -ECS / EC2 / S3 / CloudFront -GitHub Actions / CodePipeline -Monitoring & deployment handling

Required Skills : -Experience working on enterprise SaaS platforms -Experience with LMS or workflow-based systems -Understanding of offline-first architecture and sync systems -Knowledge of AI integrations / chatbot systems -Experience with role-based enterprise systems and multi-tenant platforms -Exposure to scalable cloud infrastructure and performance optimization
