Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM .
- Create forms, reports, dashboards and workflows.
- Understand requirements from HR, Sales, Dispatch, Accounts, Purchase and other departments.
- Work with APIs and basic software integrations.
- Provide basic support and training to employees.
Required Skills :
- Basic knowledge of Zoho Creator .
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM .
- Basic understanding of API and software integration .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new software and technologies.
