About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Website Development Specialist who has strong practical knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, website development, Google Business Profile, content marketing, and lead generation .

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for the company.
- Generate quality leads through online marketing campaigns.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns .
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Track campaign performance, conversions, CPL, CTR, and ROI.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports.
- Identify new opportunities for online lead generation.

1. SEO - Search Engine Optimization

- Handle complete On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies.
- Optimize website pages, titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content.
- Work on local SEO and location-based keywords.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics .
- Improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Build and manage quality backlinks.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve SEO-related issues.
- Monitor competitor rankings and SEO performance.

- Website Development & Management

- Develop, maintain, and update company websites.
- Valuable knowledge of WordPress / HTML / CSS / basic JavaScript preferred.




- Create and modify website pages, landing pages, forms, menus, and content.
- Optimize websites for mobile, speed, SEO, and user experience .
- Manage website hosting, domain, SSL, backups, and basic technical issues.
- Integrate lead forms, WhatsApp, Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking tools.
- Troubleshoot basic website errors and coordinate with developers when required.

- Social Media Marketing

- Manage company social media accounts including:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Other relevant platforms
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Prepare monthly social media content calendars.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and leads.
- Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer enquiries.

1. Google Business Profile / Local Marketing

- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (GMB) .
- Handle posts, photos, services, reviews, and business information.
- Improve local search visibility.
- Monitor Google Maps ranking and local SEO performance.
- Respond professionally to customer reviews.

- Content & Creative Coordination

- Create content for websites, blogs, social media, advertisements,



and marketing campaigns.
- Write basic marketing copy, captions, headlines, and ad descriptions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors when required.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut/Premiere Pro will be an advantage.

We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing professional , not just someone who knows social media posting.

Experience in construction, waterproofing, real estate, facility management, home services, or other local service businesses will be an advantage.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹22,000 per month , depending on experience, technical skills, and interview performance.
