Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on requirements
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or similar
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing :
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
- Validate UI/UX elements and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Software Testing / QA :
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and SDLC/STLC :
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Basic understanding of database queries (SQL) :
- Familiarity with Agile methodology :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience in SaaS or HR-Tech products :
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines :
- Understanding of performance testing tools
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
