Salary : ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience and skill set)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
- Invoicing & Billing : Generate professional invoices, track outstanding customer payments, and manage vendor accounts.
- Banking Operations : Handle routine banking tasks, including bank reconciliations, checking bank statements, and tracking cash flows.
- Expense Management : Verify and record daily petty cash expenses, ensuring all vouchers and receipts are properly documented and authorized.
- Data Management : Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets in MS Excel for management review.
- Compliance Support : Assist senior management in organizing documents required for GST, TDS,



and regular tax filings.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com).

- Experience : 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience in a business or firm environment.

- Technical Skills :

- Advanced proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 or Prime) .

- Solid working knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel formulas, Word, and basic formatting).

- Soft Skills : Robust attention to detail, good organizational habits, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
