About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Executive for our academy in Delhi, offering classes from Pre-Nursery to Class 5.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting door-to-door surveys in nearby residential areas, interacting with parents, promoting our academy, generating admission leads, and helping us increase student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door surveys in nearby residential areas.
- Visit families and interact with parents of children from Pre-Nursery to Class 5.
- Promote our academy and explain the courses, facilities, and admission process.
- Generate genuine leads from parents interested in enrolling their children.
- Collect contact details of interested parents and follow up with them.
- Encourage parents to visit the academy for admission enquiries.
- Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and admission targets.
- Maintain daily records of visits, enquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with parents and local residents.
- Willingness to travel and work in nearby residential areas.
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English are required.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or lead generation will be an advantage.
