Kyro Capital is expanding its Investment Banking team and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented professional to join our Sales and Business Development function.
If you have experience in Investment Banking, Financial Services, Capital Markets, or Business Development and enjoy engaging with founders, promoters, CXOs, and businesses, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with founders, promoters, and CXOs to identify and develop fundraising opportunities.
2. Drive Pre-IPO and IPO advisory mandates.
3. Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in Pre-IPO, IPO and any other capital market transactions.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships across the corporates & capital markets ecosystem.

Who Should Apply?
1.



1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Investment Banking, Financial Services, or related fields.
2. Solid communication, networking, negotiation, and pitching skills.
3. Good understanding of capital markets, fundraising, and investment banking.
4. A target-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Ability to build meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders.
6. Willingness to work from office in Indore and travel as required.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
