Position Description

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Design with solid technical knowledge and expertise in handling high-rise residential projects. The candidate should have experience in team management, consultant coordination, client coordination, and knowledge of Pune building bylaws.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop high-level design concepts for residential projects, ensuring compliance with Pune bylaws.




- Create detailed architectural designs, working drawings, and detail drawings for high-rise buildings.
- Manage a team of architects to deliver project outcomes on time and within budget.
- Oversee the entire design process from conceptualization to completion, including site visits.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification

- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Experience

- 7+ years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
