Accountant - Job Description

Position: Account Executive Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month Experience: Fresher to 1.5 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com Type: Permanent & full-time role

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities

Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries

Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny

Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records

Maintain cash book and petty cash records

Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities

Coordinate with auditors and support documentation work

Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems

Use accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting

Required Skills : Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Understanding of GST and TDS

Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred

Positive communication and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Commerce background is mandatory

Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
