appraisal process, building talents) ensure proper backup structure and succession planning. - Training and development of the team Leading the agenda of issue solving and monthly meetings review escalation tickets, assisting the team when either they cannot fulfil SL As or have any problem. - Lead and participate in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers. - Participate in governance meetings at country / region level.
