Job Summary

Nexora Buildmart is looking for a motivated and responsible Account & Sales Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities along with sales coordination and customer relationship management.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment-related documents.
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable records.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of account-related records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and other routine accounting activities.
- Work on accounting software and MS Excel.

Sales & Customer Handling

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers.
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.




- Maintain sales records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or a related field .
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts and/or sales.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.

Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹50,000 per month + Sales Incentives

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
