Key Responsibilities:

1. Greeting Customers :Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients visiting the spa, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

2. Explaining Services :Clearly communicate details of our spa therapies, treatments, and wellness services to customers, helping them choose options that best suit their needs.

3. Sales and Membership Promotion :Actively promote and sell our spa membership programs to customers, highlighting their advantages and value. Work towards achieving individual and branch sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management :Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals, contributing to the long-term success of the branch.
