Role Overview

As Jewellery Merchandiser, you will work closely with founders and retail teams to strengthen the performance of our lab grown diamond jewellery category .

Your role will focus on ensuring the right jewellery assortment, improving sell-through, and maintaining efficient inventory movement across collections.

This is a hands-on role with strong learning and growth exposure toward category ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Jewellery Inventory & Category Management

- Track jewellery SKU performance across collections
- Monitor jewellery stock ageing and inventory health
- Support replenishment planning for diamond jewellery
- Maintain accurate inventory visibility

Sales & Merchandising Analysis

- Analyse jewellery sell-through and category performance




- Identify bestselling and slow-moving jewellery designs
- Recommend actions to improve inventory movement

Assortment & Product Support

- Support jewellery assortment planning across price points
- Assist in new collection launches
- Ensure availability of high-performing jewellery SKUs

Retail & Display Coordination

- Work closely with store teams on jewellery merchandising
- Align product display with sales performance
- Support product storytelling inside the store

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with sourcing, design, and marketing teams
- Maintain structured product and inventory data

Who We Are Looking For

- 1-4 years of experience in jewellery merchandising or diamond jewellery retail
- Experience handling jewellery inventory or jewellery SKUs
- Understanding of diamond jewellery products and pricing
- Comfortable working with Excel and reports
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset

Jewellery product exposure is important for this role.
