Job Description - Senior Sales Executive (IT Hardware & Networking)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

- Identify and acquire corporate clients, SMEs, educational institutions, and commercial organizations.

- Conduct client meetings and field visits to understand business requirements.

- Promote and sell IT Hardware & Networking solutions, including:

- Servers

- Desktops & Laptops

- Routers & Switches

- Firewalls

- Structured Cabling

- Network Security Solutions

- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the technical team.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and maintain an updated sales pipeline.

Required Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking Sales.




- Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure products and solutions.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Existing corporate or SME client network will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
