Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Hiring

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing.
- Handle hiring for mid-level to senior-level positions across operations, sales, admin, healthcare, HR, finance, customer support, retail, and field roles .




- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies.

Sourcing & Screening

- Conduct preliminary screening: profile evaluation, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting.

Coordination & Communication

- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow-up for feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage bulk hiring as well as niche hiring.
- Good understanding of HR processes and onboarding.
