Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Manage distributors, dealers, retailers and key accounts.
- Develop new markets and expand product distribution.
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned area.
- Generate new business opportunities and improve market penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, collections and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order execution and delivery.




- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and market updates.
- Implement company sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Track competitor pricing, schemes and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets.

Required Skills : Strong FMCG sales and distribution knowledge Experience in Edible Oil / Ghee / Food Products preferred Distributor and dealer management Territory development and market expansion Strong negotiation and communication skills Target-oriented approach Good market and competitor analysis skills Customer relationship management Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
