We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our growing team in the food & beverage industry.

1. Barista

Responsibilities :

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness at the workstation
- Handle customer orders and provide excellent service
- Operate coffee machines and related equipment
- Manage basic billing and cash handling

Requirements :

- Prior experience as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- Positive communication and customer handling skills
- Energetic and presentable personality

2. Indian Chef

Responsibilities :

- Prepare a wide range of North & Indian dishes
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Plan menu items and manage kitchen operations
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory and food stock

Requirements :





- Proven experience as an Indian Chef
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Ability to manage kitchen staff efficiently
- Creativity in menu planning

3. South Indian Chef

Responsibilities :

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, etc.)
- Maintain consistency in taste and quality
- Handle bulk cooking for buffet or service
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

Requirements :

- Experience in South Indian cuisine is a must
- Expertise in batter preparation and live counter cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with good discipline
