Open Positions: Commis 1 / Commis 2 - Bread, Brownie & Pastry

Experience: 0-4 Years

Basic baking knowledge

Attention to detail and quality

Team player with strong hygiene practices

Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) - Brownie & Pastry

Experience: 1-3 Years

Bakery & Pastry / Hotel Management qualification preferred

Solid knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling

Chef de Partie (CDP) - Brownie & Pastry

Experience: 3-5 Years

Experience in supervising bakery/pastry production teams

Expertise in brownies, pastries, cakes, and desserts

Key Responsibilities:

- Production of breads, brownies, pastries, cakes,



and desserts
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and SOP standards
- Manage ingredients, reduce wastage, and ensure quality production
- Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets
