Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Snack Chef to prepare high-quality samosas and fast-moving snack items for supply to theatres and events. The role focuses on speed, consistency, and hygiene in a small production setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samosas in bulk
- Handle dough preparation, stuffing, shaping, and frying
- Maintain consistent taste and quality across batches
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage basic inventory (oil, flour, fillings, etc.)
- Support packaging and preparation for delivery
Requirements :
- Experience in making samosas / snacks (halwai or street food experience preferred)
- Ability to work fast and handle bulk orders
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk snack production
- Ability to prepare different fillings (paneer, cheese, etc.)
- Teamwork and efficiency
Salary
